Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
VITA FITNESS CLUB operates two fitness facilities under the Vita Club brand: Vita Club Agadir and Vita Club Settat. Both facilities are operated by the same company; only their addresses, contact details, opening hours, pricing and certain services may differ. These terms and conditions govern registration, memberships and the use of services offered by VITA FITNESS CLUB at both facilities. Registering at either one implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Memberships and pricing
VITA FITNESS CLUB is the same company for both facilities. The pricing and commercial terms that apply, however, depend on the facility chosen at registration. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and match exactly the prices shown on each gym's page at the time this page is consulted. VITA FITNESS CLUB may change its prices; a price change never applies to a membership already in progress. Agadir and Settat pricing is never mixed.

Your Agadir membership includes access to both clubs: Agadir and Settat.
A Settat membership gives access to the Settat club only. To use both clubs, choose an Agadir membership.
3. Registration conditions
Registration is open to anyone of legal age. Minors may register with parental authorization. It requires paying any applicable fees, providing the necessary personal information, and accepting the internal rules displayed at each gym.
4. Payment methods
Payments can be made in cash, by bank card, by bank transfer, or by cheque. Payment must be made before accessing the relevant services.
5. Refund policy
A partial refund may be considered only in cases of duly documented force majeure (illness with a medical certificate, an accident, or a move to a distant location). Registration fees are never refundable.
6. Gym usage rules
Access to the gyms is subject to the internal rules displayed on site, which require appropriate sportswear, a personal towel on equipment, and respect for other members, staff, equipment and facilities. Any breach may lead to suspension or exclusion, without refund.
7. Safety and fitness to exercise
Each member is responsible for their own state of health and must ensure they are fit to exercise before each session. VITA FITNESS CLUB applies safety rules within its gyms and states that it holds insurance coverage suited to its activity.
8. Personal data
Personal data processed through the website (contact form) is described in ourprivacy policy. Data provided when registering in person at a gym is never sold or passed on to third parties, except where legally required. Any request about this data may be sent to [email protected].
9. Liability
VITA FITNESS CLUB accepts no liability for accidents resulting from improper use of equipment, or for theft or loss of personal belongings on its premises.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
